Trans Escapa will be in charge of providing Palibex services<\/strong> <\/a>in the province of Girona. The activity of this transport company<\/strong><\/a> is generated mostly international traffic, this opens a great door to France and Europe in general for Palibex. The Girona-based logistics operator has decided to join Palibex<\/strong><\/a> in order to take a step forward in quality and service and become more competitive in the national distribution of pallets.<\/p>\n

Jordi Escapa, COO of the new delegation, explains that the decision comes from the previous knowledge they had of Palibex: “We had already worked with them through other franchisees and we knew the brand, its good service and efficiency”, he says. He also highlights the advantage of being connected in 24 hours or less with all the Spanish provinces: “We trust Palibex, we know that everything that we do with them will work out well, this is very important specially in complicated deliveries where you cannot fail”, Escapa adds.<\/p>\n

Palibex’s Network Director, Jos\u00e9 Antonio Mangas, considers that the addition of Trans Escapa opens an important door to Europe because many clients look for distribution to Spain through Girona.<\/p>\n

Trans Escapa was founded by Mateo Escapa, and now is run by the fourth generation of his family. Born in Olot in 1915, it has come a long way in the world of transport and logistics. In its beginnings, it delivered goods by cart or horse in Olot and later on by bicycle in the nearby Barcelona. The trips between both cities were made by train. A personalized service and the proximity to its customers has been maintained as one of its primordial assets. Palibex has valued this very much when choosing them as its delegation in Girona.<\/p>\n

Trans Escapa mainly serves the food sector, industry, paper, plastic and services. Among the different solutions that it offers its customers are national and European pallet distribution services, special transport of non-palletized or large-sized goods, storage and packaging.
