Having consolidated<\/a> the decentralization of its pallet transport network model, Palibex faces the upcoming year with strength and good feelings as it expects to grow by double digits and undertake many innovative projects mainly focused on using technology to be more efficient and improving the customer experience.<\/p>\n

Technology is key for the company because it allows measuring virtually everything and identifying advancements in fleet tracking, forklift usage, or dock availability.<\/p>\n

\"Spain<\/p>\n

In this regard, Palibex has long been focused on data analysis<\/a> with the goal of improving the quality of all its processes and streamlining the speed and accuracy in decision-making, ultimately resulting in greater punctuality of services and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n

Customer experience will also be fundamental for the express pallet transport network, which is committed to listening to their needs to continue improving its services and the relationship between franchisees and their end customers.<\/p>\n

Although their volumes improved in 2023, Palibex believes it has significant room for growth. “We are getting closer to our goal as we have prepared the network to handle an even larger volume of goods, up to 6,000 pallets per day.” However, to achieve this, we still need to finish optimizing the operation of the new coordination centers<\/a>.”<\/p>\n

Palibex’s philosophy, they indicate, is always to be oversized to provide the best service both during periods of lower activity and during volume peaks, as was the case this past December when they exceeded 5,000 pallets while maintaining the same level of quality. “We will never wait until we reach our maximum capacity because, before reaching it, we will already have new logistic solutions that allow us to provide the best service and continue growing,” they assert.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
