Traceability of shipments has always been a fundamental requirement for Palibex, but the pallet shipping network continues to make improvements<\/a> in the quality of information, the speed at which it is transmitted, and the additional data it provides. Among other things, the customer can track the intermediate points through which the goods pass or the vehicles they have traveled on at any given moment.<\/p>\n

With the aim of having complete traceability, Palibex considers it essential for all agents involved in the supply chain, from the operator working in the coordination center to the driver, to add value to the delivery or collection process.<\/p>\n

The network listens to the needs of its customers and is committed to addressing them through the delivery application, which allows for the identification of specific delivery requirements and addresses any other type of request not covered within its operational regulations, from special measures to deliveries outside regular hours.<\/p>\n

No matter the size, volume, or turnover of a customer, we attend to all of them in a personalized manner and implement measures, such as information requirements on the delivery note or labeling, that are beneficial for them and ultimately benefit the entire network,” explains the general director, Mar\u00eda Luisa Romero. “Additionally, beyond knowing the shipment status, traceability allows us to manage and resolve issues in real-time,” she adds.<\/p>\n

Romero believes that the key lies in Palibex’s commitment to collaborative logistics, fostering mutual assistance among the members of its network so that customers can receive the best service.<\/p>\n

The technological leap in which the company is immersed, thanks to Big Data<\/a>, predictive analysis, or artificial intelligence applications, combined with improvements in Palibex’s operational model based on direct routes and coordination centers, are also fundamental to enhancing traceability and offering a more efficient and sustainable supply chain.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
