Two years after initiating the decentralization process<\/a> of its Network, coinciding with its 10th Anniversary<\/a>, Palibex has made significant strides in providing advanced pallet transport solutions in Spain. The company has shared its impressive results with industry media, attributing its success to substantial investments aimed at creating a faster and more efficient network for franchisees and end customers.<\/p>\n

During this period, Palibex has achieved a remarkable 25% growth in areas where its decentralization model has been implemented. This has enabled the company to handle nightly averages of over 4,000 pallets, with peak numbers surpassing 5,000. In April, Palibex set a new monthly record by transporting 87,198 pallets. Additionally, the company has met its goal of attaining 98% quality in deliveries, a testament to its commitment to excellence in pallet transport solutions in Spain.<\/p>\n

\"Pallet<\/p>\n

Palibex’s pursuit of speed and efficiency has been driven by a new operating model based on direct routes and eight strategically located coordination centers across the country. This model is further enhanced by the use of Euro-modular vehicles, optimizing their pallet transport solutions in Spain.<\/p>\n

In early May, Palibex launched a new route connecting the coordination centers of Valladolid and Seville every night. This new route not only balances traffic between Madrid and Seville but also positions goods in Seville by 8:30 AM, three hours earlier than before. This significant improvement in delivery times is complemented by reduced haulage costs, thanks to minimized travel distances.<\/p>\n

\"Pallet<\/p>\n

To achieve maximum efficiency, Palibex is upgrading its coordination centers to accommodate tandem trucks and mega trailers. This strategic move enhances their pallet transport solutions in Spain by reducing the carbon footprint, increasing haulage capacity, and improving the cost\/pallet ratio. As General Manager Mar\u00eda Luisa Romero highlighted, \u201cWe have overcome the only drawback of these vehicles, the slowing down of operations, by scaling up with more personnel and dedicated equipment.\u201d<\/p>\n

CEO Jaime Colsa<\/span><\/a> considers that the decentralization process has been successfully developed, achieving a \u201csustainable, scalable, and reliable\u201d model for both the Network and the franchisee. \u201cThe customer perceives a better level of service in the transportation of their pallet, which arrives earlier and at a more competitive cost, and the franchisees enjoy a completely different formula from what they knew in other pallet networks,\u201d he highlighted in a press conference.
