In recent years, Palibex<\/a> has made significant investments to decentralize its network<\/a>, aiming to become faster and more efficient for both franchisees and end customers. This shift has led to a 25% growth in the areas where the new model has been implemented, with average volumes exceeding 4,000 pallets and peaks over 5,000. Alongside this increase in volume, the quality of deliveries has also improved.<\/p>\n

This drive for speed and efficiency is based on a new operational model that relies on direct routes and eight coordination centers distributed across the country. It is also being supported by the use of Euro Modular vehicles.<\/p>\n

Today, 99% of the freight is successfully routed to the destination franchisee. With this new model, franchisees<\/a> now have three ways to move a pallet from one point to another. If they have high volumes for a specific province, they can ship directly without going through any coordination center. Another option is to move the goods to the nearest regional coordination center. The third is to coordinate via Madrid, which still maintains full connectivity. The same applies to line hauls: franchisees can manage them on their own, in collaboration with other franchisees, or through network-organized routes with variable costs depending on space occupancy.<\/p>\n

This flexibility ensures a high level of quality across all regions and throughout the year, strengthening the network and making franchisees more competitive.<\/p>\n
