At the fifth edition of Logistics Spain, held on 15 and 16 April at the Palacio Multiusos in Guadalajara, Palibex received the “Logistics with Purpose 2026” award in the Talent category for revolutionising people management in transport and promoting genuine cultural transformation across the sector.
Palibex received this recognition for its strong commitment to modernising the transport sector through people, thanks to the Palibex Sonríe programme, which places employees at the heart of the company and prioritises their personal and professional development and wellbeing through measures that improve their health and quality of life both inside and outside the workplace.
This vision is supported by a distinctive corporate culture based on positivity, teamwork, diversity and equal opportunities. It is reinforced by a solid Corporate Social Responsibility strategy built around three areas of action — art, sport and solidarity — which help make the sector more visible and better able to attract talent.
Ana Lobato, Palibex’s People Director, collected the award, which she sees as an incentive to continue developing initiatives that bring new energy to the sector and make it more innovative and attractive for everyone. “Transport companies need to create the right conditions so that the best professionals want to come and work with us,” she said.
The “Logistics with Purpose” Awards also recognised good practices by other companies and institutions, including Mowix Truck in the Safety category, for improving working conditions for transport professionals through a network of safe and secure parking areas; GAM Reviver in Sustainability, for giving machinery a second life; Logista in the Women category, for accelerating progress towards an equal workplace culture by promoting female talent; and Miranda Empresas in Local Impact, for transforming Miranda de Ebro into a modern logistics ecosystem that drives employment.
In addition to the awards, the international Logistics Spain trade fair hosted networking events, round-table discussions and talks on sustainability, talent and new generations.
