
Palibex Hosts Meeting to Present Network Evolution
Quality, franchisee engagement, and profitability will be key to the company’s growth strategy in the coming months
Palibex brought together managers and sales teams to present updates on its services and logistics solutions, aligned with the new network model it has been developing over the past few years and with current market and customer needs.
The event, which gathered over a hundred professionals, also focused on sales strategies and best practices, including case studies and a keynote by Jaime Lobera, one of Europe’s leading marketing experts.
In the opening session, Palibex’s General Manager, María Luisa Romero, updated franchisees on the network’s status, highlighting strong growth in both volume and number of franchisees during the first quarter of the year.
Next, Guillermo Cagigas, Director of Security, Quality, and DAF, introduced new tools to streamline franchisee and customer service management. He emphasized the importance of strict regulatory compliance as a core value of the company’s service model.
The operational section was led by Pedro Ramírez, Director of Development, who announced new services and explained how to optimize time and resources through direct routes and eight regional coordination centers, creating a more efficient and profitable system.
Leire Gil, Head of Marketing, presented tools available to help franchisees better reach potential customers and shared real-world success stories from commercial actions and events.
To close the session, Jaime Lobera gave a talk on the role of marketing in creating value for businesses and the importance of innovation in shaping consumer experiences and emotions.
With a career spanning more than 30 years and over 200 national and international awards, Lobera has served as CMO for companies such as Mahou San Miguel, Kraft, and Campofrío, developing some of their most iconic campaigns.
The event concluded with remarks from Palibex CEO Jaime Colsa, who noted that the network is getting closer to reaching its goal of moving 6,000 pallets per day. He called on all franchisees to remain committed to increasing volume while maintaining a strong focus on service quality.
