Palibex strengthens team training
The transport network enters the final quarter of the year with a forward-looking vision
In an increasingly dynamic and competitive business environment, Palibex is reinforcing its commitment to training as a strategic pillar for growth and market adaptation. During the final quarter of the year, many employees have chosen to take part in training programmes to acquire new skills and anticipate evolving market demands.
One of the most notable initiatives is training in artificial intelligence, considered a key area for technological transformation. Members of the marketing team are specialising in this field, enabling the company to develop profiles capable of implementing AI-based innovative solutions, improving operational efficiency and decision-making processes.
In the financial area, the Administration and Finance Department is also making a significant effort. Its director, Ana López, is actively participating in courses and conferences on current topics such as e-invoicing and budget control, while part of the team is receiving specialised training in insurance management.

In addition, several executives are attending congresses and training sessions organised by the Association for Management Progress (APD), including the 6th Human Resources Congress held in Bilbao, focused on the new emotional contract and strengthening relationships between companies and employees.
Palibex is also placing strong emphasis on operational training to optimise logistics processes and reinforce the supply chain. One of the latest sessions, delivered by the Spanish Logistics Centre (CEL), focused on dock management in Spain.
Looking ahead, the company is already designing new training programmes for the coming months, aware that training not only enhances competitiveness but also fosters a culture of learning, team motivation and adaptability to change.
Through these initiatives, Palibex reaffirms its commitment to professional development and its forward-looking strategy, positioning talent as a key driver of innovation and growth.
